Carolyn Ho is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Medical Director of the Cardiovascular Genetics Center at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Dr. Ho obtained her undergraduate degree from Yale University and her medical degree from Harvard Medical School. She trained at Brigham and Women’s Hospital for both Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology fellowship before joining the staff of the Cardiovascular Division in 2001. Her research focuses on developing clinical translational studies-- using genetics to characterize early phenotypes and to design new treatment paradigms to change the natural history of inherited cardiomyopathies.
Dr. Ho currently resides in Brookline, MA where she lives with her husband, son and cat.
